Choose fruits in season, pears, bananas, pineapple.... select marshmellows, pound cakes, short bread cookies.

Fondue is really simple to make and uses only a few ingredients.

  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 (6-ounce) bag semisweet chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup marshmallow cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Melt chocolate in a double broiler or in a sauce pan over low heat.  Stir continually to avoid burning.  Once melted, stir in the marshmellow and vanilla.  Once incorporated, add milk.  Put back onto the buriner over low heat and whisk for one minute then turn off the heat.  Continue whisking until smooth.

Pour into a fondue pot with a heat source to keep the chocolate warm and liquid.  Check on the fondue periodically as the heat may start to burn the chocolate at the bottom of the pan, simply turn down the heat and stir frequently.

Chocolate fondue will last in your refirigerator for a week in a sealed container or you can freeze.

Enjoy Ritual Foods
& Stay Healthy!
Pam and Andrea are foodies at heart.  They love trying out new and different ethnic foods, great desserts and fun cocktails.  They also know that eating a balanced diet is important to maintain great health!  So, you ask, how do they manage to do this?  They are consumers of an Acai Berry beverage (the Acai Berry being the number one anti-oxidant food known and available to consumers) and Wheatgrass (the king of alkaline food).  So party with pleasure and if you have over endulged - they do it too! - then try some of the recommended natural remedies that Andrea & Pam enjoy.  cg-buffets.jpg
